His athletic background is wide and varied and includes competing in rugby for Providence Rugby Club in the US nationals, playing for Lisburn Rugby club in Northern Ireland and completing a century in cycling.
His philosophy as a trainer is to master the fundamentals; to teach “mastery before intensity”. Once the fundamentals are mastered, it opens up a whole new world to “whole” fitness, creates a new found connection with the body, and inspires the athlete to go farther and higher.

Judah Boulet - Coach
judah@crossfitprovidence.com
Judah is a Crossfit Football Certified Trainer. From his experience as a high school and collegiate rugby coach, he knows it is only advantageous for any athlete to be stronger and faster, and that’s the philosophy behind his training. By combining the fundamentals of Crossfit with functional movement strength training, in a high intensity environment, the demands placed on an athlete during a game can be simulated.
The same training principles for sports, the need to be stronger and faster than your opposition, can be directly related to Law Enforcement. Whether it is through private instruction, individual classes, or the CFP Strong and Fast Program, Judah will maximize your strength, speed and agility gains!
Judah currently is the Head Coach of a local area high school rugby team, and uses the fundamentals of Crossfit for his team’s pre-season and in-season conditioning. He also uses his own programming for his own training, and credits his training to the life transformation he underwent over ten years ago. He is a national level rugby referee, who has refereed top level domestic rugby, as well as officiated at international tournaments.
