Hey a workout that has two skills I can't do. I did something else entirely because I am obstinate.
I did a mile run on a hamster wheel at the "other" gym.
Then I did 21/15/9 reps of:
25# shoulder press standing on a swissball
25# Kettlebell windmills
25# Renegade Rows
25# Chestpress on a swissball
Happy Valentine's Day. I had to cover for people at work this weekend, see you guys on Monday.
