HMMM.....Intriguing.....although cleaning 3/4 of my BW may be difficult
This looks like a great workout and I'm jealous I couldn't make it today. I'm still recovering from "Angie" last week. I can't believe how sore that made me.
Intrigue led me to pain.....
RX for Deadlift (300 Lbs)
RX for Bench
My Cleans are poor (95 lbs)
The deadlifts have incapacitated me for the day
My legs r burnt!!!! I can already feel the pain , LOL
How does the scaling work on this one? I can't do it Rx'd because that is an absurd amount of weight, most of which I can lift only once (if that). But this is my new crossfit goal: Complete Linda rx'd. So either get stronger, or I get lighter, or some combination of the two.
If you can only lift 1/3 of rx, 1/3 of rx, and 1/5 of rx does it still count as a workout? I think I lifted the rx'ed amount of weight for Barbie. I need to commit to Vic's plan.
