CrossFit Endurance Certification, CFP April 24-25th 2010 The endurance community is largely overtraining and this is an indispensable tool at learning how to effectively train someone and keep them healthy and ready for their next race.
Spend 2 full days with the CrossFit Endurance staff learning, studying and applying the principles of CrossFit Endurance. You will learn how CrossFit Endurance works for endurance athletes and CrossFit athletes. You will also learn how to apply and progress training at an individual and group level, and the basic mechanics of running essentials. This has NOT been posted to the main site as of yet, and WILL sell out. Register as soon as you can!

Weekdays 545 am Mon - Fri 645 am Tue / Thr 930 am Mon - Fri 430 pm Mon - Fri* 530 pm Mon - Fri 630 pm Mon - Fri 730 pm Mon - Thr +no class on Fridays+
*430 is an open gym hour for experience CrossFitters only, i.e. you need to have completed at least 12 CrossFit classes to attend, there will not be any coaching during this hour
Weekends 900 am Sat / Sun 1000 am Sat only
Foundation Classes 700 pm Mon (F1) and Wed (F2)
F1 must be completed before F2. If you would prefer another class time please email Mike with your two class times.
