WHAT? 

Poliquin® BioSignature Modulation is a method based on the correlation between body fat distribution and possible hormonal imbalances.  Hormonal imbalances are often the culprit of stubborn body fat storage and other health concerns such as poor sleep, low energy, impaired cognitive function, and more.  Poliquin® BioSignature Modulation focuses on addressing these imbalances to improve body composition and wellbeing. 


HOW?

Through a 12- site caliper test, Our head coach, Tanner is able to assess where these imbalances are and guide you through diet, lifestyle, and nutritional changes to bring you back into balance, and on the way to achieving your goals! 

We will have online lectures throughout the challenge and
a private Facebook group for everyone who joins.
Accountability is key to a successful challenge. 


$30 For Crossfit Providence Members
$60 For Non-Members

(Non-members pay $30 upfront and the remaining will be paid at appointment. )

WHEN? 

We're only taking on 25 people for this challenge.
Pre-registration is required.
