Our On-Ramp program is an introduction to Crossfit Providence . Together we'll discuss your health objectives and design a tailored yet realistic path to achieving those goals. Here’s what you get:

  1. 4 small group sessions on Monday & Wednesday night at 7:30pm.

  2. A movement assessment to make sure you are moving safely and efficiently.

  3. A PDF Curriculum to guide you through common Crossfit exercises.

  4. Goal-setting plan of action (Fitness, nutrition, lifestyle etc.)

    If you Can’t Attend Group On Ramps, please click button below to fill out our Personal On-Ramp form. Personal On Ramp is $299 due to it being one on one.
