Our On-Ramp program is a 2 week introduction to Crossfit Providence . Together we'll discuss your health objectives and design a tailored yet realistic path to achieving those goals.

 
 

How Our On-Ramp Program Works: 

  • 4 Classes Spread Over Two Weeks. 

  • $60 - 4 Classes 

  • Classes are Mondays & Wednesdays @7pm.*

  • Each class progressively builds up on the last.

*Please note: You must commit to the 4 consecutive on-ramp classes on Monday & Wednesday @7pm For Two Weeks. Missing A class will require scheduling and paying for a personal On ramp session for the class that was missed.
