Your CFP journey starts with a FREE small group session. Our introductory sessions are a mix of lecture, technique work, and a scaled-intensity workout. These sessions are held every Saturday at 10:45am.




After your free trial, we schedule you for our On-Ramp program. Meet our coaches, learn new movements, try some workouts.
